Payment Information

The Clerk of Court operates primarily on a fee-for-service basis as established by the Louisiana Legislature. Advance deposits are required for most civil and probate filings to cover the accrued costs of the Clerk and Sheriff.

Effective August 1, 2017, fees are calculated based on document page count. This fee includes the LCRAA portal fee.
